The last time these titans clashed was a game-changer for the Marvel Universe, and I have no doubt that this new encounter will be just as explosive.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is gearing up for the climactic conclusion of its Multiverse Saga. Movies such as “Doomsday” and “Secret Wars” are set to be produced next, and based on current information, these films appear to be connecting all of Marvel’s projects into a single epic multiversal storyline that fans will love if everything goes according to plan.

Contrariwise, it appears that Marvel’s comics are forging their own trajectory, and two forthcoming titles suggest a possible crossover between the publishing house’s major factions. One of these groups is the Avengers, while the other is the X-Men. Could Marvel be preparing for another grand confrontation involving these teams?
