Meghan Trainor Regrets Getting ‘Too Much’ Cosmetic Prodecure On Her Face Because Of THIS; Says ‘I Messed Up’

As a lifestyle expert, it’s always disheartening to see someone like Meghan Trainor, who has brought joy to millions with her music, struggling with self-image issues due to cosmetic procedures gone awry. Her candidness about her experiences serves as a stark reminder that beauty standards can be deceiving and harmful.

Pop singer Meghan Trainor, famous for tunes like “Made You Look” and “Me Too,” has never shied away from discussing her use of cosmetic treatments. During a recent episode of her podcast, Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor, she spoke candidly about some of the procedures she now regrets. “I’ve had too much Botox, and I need to address it,” the Grammy winner confessed.

I made a mistake. I’ve had Botox treatments, mostly for my forehead a few times, as you may have noticed… On someone’s advice, I tried getting lip filler to give my lips a fuller, more plump look, but unfortunately, the outcome was far from what I hoped for.

She mentioned that by getting a filler injection above her upper lip, a lip flip could be achieved for a more attractive pout. However, after the procedure, she found herself unable to smile fully anymore.” She then turned towards the camera, showing a limited smile, and stated, “This is as wide as I can smile now.

The co-host of the podcast and her brother Ryan Trainor recounted a memory of shopping at Home Goods together, where they noticed that the singer (her sister) couldn’t smile. “My inner feelings became my outer expressions,” he continued. This was the moment when the All About That Bass singer received a stark reminder of reality, an insight she has been unable to forget since then.

No matter where I find myself, it’s difficult for me to smile. It seems my facial muscles are sore from attempting it,” she remarked. The artist behind Dear Future Husband continued to share about herself and displayed a recent photograph taken during her visit to a dog shelter to the camera. “I don’t appear cheerful. I look like I just caught a whiff of someone’s gas … someone, please help me!” she exclaimed, indicating at the photo.

In an earlier podcast episode, she shared that despite urging others not to experiment excessively, she herself is planning to undergo breast augmentation surgery. This revelation came after discussing the changes in her body following the birth of her two sons, Riley (aged 3) and Barry (aged 1), with husband Daryl Sabara. She mentioned that her breasts have become “saggy,” affecting her self-confidence during live performances. Excitedly, she expressed her anticipation for the breast augmentation procedure.
