Khalid Sets The Record Straight on Abuse And Pink Cocaine Allegations Amid Being Outed By Ex Hugo Almonte: ‘This Is All Random’

As an ardent fan of Khalid, I have always admired his talent and resilience. However, the recent allegations against him by Hugo Almonte have been a rollercoaster ride of emotions. It’s disheartening to see such grave accusations thrown at someone who has consistently used his platform for positivity and love.

Khalid responded to serious accusations made by his ex, Hugo Almonte, by firmly denying allegations of abuse, drug use, and solicitation. On November 25th, the singer posted a video on X (previously known as Twitter), where he addressed Almonte’s claims, which came after Khalid had publicly revealed that he is gay on November 22nd, following Almonde’s outing.

In the video, Khalid clarified that all allegations of abuse were misplaced, stating instead that the situation was actually reversed from what was initially proposed. Furthermore, he refuted claims of using the party drug known as “pink cocaine,” asserting that such actions have never been a part of his lifestyle. He made it clear to everyone that he has always stayed away from such behavior.

The charming vocalist stated, “I’ve never used cocaine in my entire lifetime. I avoid such situations. I’m not accustomed to those environments. I occasionally smoke marijuana, and I occasionally drink alcohol.

Additionally, he clarified the allegations concerning escorting by stating, “I’ve never engaged in paying for sexual services, not a single day in my entire life. I’ve also never paid anyone to go out on dates with me or be in a relationship with me.” Furthermore, he noted that any references to break-ins at his home were solely shared by his close associates, and he himself has not made such accusations publicly.

The vocalist admitted he hasn’t spoken to Almonte in more than four years. Surprisingly, he seemed puzzled as to why such accusations would surface now.

Khalid stated, “Everything seems so unpredictable. I can’t fathom why he acted that way. I have no idea about his current state of mind. Mental health is undeniably important, but I haven’t interacted with this individual in four years. The reason I feel compelled to clarify matters is because it’s unsettling to see people imply I’m a manipulative abuser without any proper context. It all seems utterly baffling to me.

Following a recent revelation, Khalid openly acknowledged that he has no embarrassment regarding his sexual orientation. He asserted that he never attempted to conceal or dispute this aspect of himself. He explained that he is content with who he is and believed his personal life should be kept private, as it’s not for others to concern themselves with.
