Polo Trailer: Prince Harry’s Newly Produced Docuseries Is Set To Release On Netflix; Check Out Release Date

As an avid fan of all things royal and equestrian, I couldn’t be more thrilled about Prince Harry’s foray into the world of documentary production! Having grown up with tales of polo matches at Windsor Castle, I can’t wait to get a peek behind the gilded gates of this glamorous sport.

By the end of this year, Prince Harry’s inaugural project, titled “Polo,” will be available for streaming on Netflix. Recently, the platform unveiled the initial trailer of the documentary series, which was created by Archwell Productions – a production company owned and managed by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The show provides an exclusive look at the high-pressure competition held on horseback. Prior to its initial broadcast, Prince Harry shared a statement with People Magazine, hinting that the upcoming five-part series offers viewers a peek into the tense build-up to the game.

This series provides a unique, unseen perspective on the intense drive and dedication fueling top-tier international polo players, exposing the tenacity hidden beneath the glamour.

The ex-royal figure continued by expressing their pride in displaying the authentic passion and intensity of the game, particularly during its crucial, high-pressure instances.

In the trailer, the scene commences with a voice narrating, “Envision riding a horse at 35 miles per hour while someone approaches you head-on at full speed.” As the video continues, he further explains, “The rush of adrenaline that surges through your system—it’s hard to resist.

The sneak peek delves into both the private and career aspects of the athletes. Moreover, the presenter notes that despite being a competition for powerful individuals, it’s also a platform for attractive athletes, as it features “gritty, sweaty men on horses.

As the trailer ends, the words, “For Legacy. For Courage. For Glory.” appear on the screen.

Apart from the Archwell Foundation, Boardwalk Pictures came on board to fund the series.

Moreover, Netflix also released information regarding their upcoming docuseries, focusing on an emerging athlete’s story. Notably, one of the athletes, a close friend of the Duke, named Nacho Figueras, discussed his challenges in mastering the game and competing against fellow players.

Polo will be available to stream on Netflix from December 10.
