As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of comic book-inspired gaming under my belt, I am absolutely thrilled about the upcoming ‘What If…?’ Season 3! The sheer number and variety of characters, from Peggy Carter to Moon Knight, is nothing short of breathtaking.
As a hardcore gamer, I’m hyped to share that this year, I’ll be getting my hands on the final Marvel show dropping on Disney+ for 2021 – ‘What If…?’ Season 3! Fresh details were unveiled at the D23 panel in Brazil, and it’s got me buzzing! We’re talking about an updated logo that hints at some exciting characters making an appearance. Characters like Storm, Agatha Harkness, and even Captain America are rumored to be part of this series. Can’t wait to see what unfolds!
The first trailer also dropped, featuring Arishem, Oscar Isaac’s return as Moon Knight, Shang-Chi, Storm wielding Mjolnir, and more.
This current season encompasses various installments, such as one penned by A.C. Bradley that focuses on Red Guardian, and stars Bucky Barnes, Bill Foster, and Ranger Morales. Originally intended for Season 2, this episode was later included in the present lineup.
A new episode, with influences from anime, is titled “Go-Avengers: Champions of the Gamma Conflict.” In this installment, the Avengers take control of mech suits to fight against colossal Hulk creatures. The cast includes Sam Wilson (Captain America), Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Yuri Pribaltsev (Red Guardian), Shang-Chi, Monica Rambeau, Moon Knight, Shuri, and Melina Vostokoff.
Additionally, there’s an episode featuring Agatha Harkness that includes a catchy tune, as well as an adventure for Shang-Chi taking place in a world reminiscent of the Wild West.
Now, it’s officially announced who will be lending their voices for Season 3, and many familiar characters will return, along with a few intriguing guest stars.
