In Los Angeles, a lawsuit has been brought forward, charging Kanye West and his entities, Yeezy LLC and Donda Academy, with several alleged infractions such as wrongful dismissal and failing to offer due compensation. A previous project manager for Yeezy, known as Aficionado, is requesting a jury trial to address 12 grievances against the rapper.

A supporter asserts that West frequently made remarks perceived as anti-Semitic while he was employed. The complaint alleges that West said things like “The Jews are trying to get me. They’ve frozen my bank account. My kids and Kim [Kardashian] belong to the Jews.” Additionally, it is claimed that West asserted “The Jews influenced Kim. She serves Jewish leaders.

Additionally, the lawsuit claims that West made disparaging remarks concerning Aficionado’s Filipino ancestry. It is alleged that West disparaged the traditional Filipino tattoos of Aficionado, known as Batok, by labeling them unattractive and recommending their elimination.

The lawsuit describes disturbing incidents in November 2022, where Aficionado alleges he was called to Kanye West’s hotel room at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills. Upon arrival, Aficionado asserts that it appeared West and his partner, Bianca Censori, had recently been involved in intimate activities.

It is said that the West allegedly opened a door revealing Censori’s naked form, and then posed a question to Aficionado regarding a lawyer, saying, “In my opinion, I believe he might be a covert Jewish agent.

At the same gathering, it’s said that West stepped away, leaving Aficionado on hold, while he continued private activities with Censori in a connected room. Later, West returned wearing a t-shirt displaying a swastika symbol and inquired, “Aren’t you fond of my shirt?” Apparently, Aficionado responded nervously, “It certainly stands out.

A few days later, Aficionado asserted that he was summoned for another meeting inside a hotel room of a well-known individual named West. There, both West and a prominent NFL player were said to be expecting massages. The lawsuit accuses West and the NFL player of engaging in sexual activities with their masseurs while Aficionado endeavored to carry on a professional conversation.

A devoted employee named Aficionado joined Yeezy in October 2022. He reports working between 50-70 hours a week, frequently catching some sleep at the office. The lawsuit asserts that by February 2023, West ordered Aficionado to transfer Donda Academy without having the necessary construction permits. When Aficionado expressed doubts about the permits, West is said to have grown angry and refused to delay the move.

By July 2023, Donda Academy officials disclosed that the school would be shutting down. Subsequently, Aficionado’s tasks were terminated, and he was barred from Yeezy workspaces. The lawsuit alleges he sustained financial and non-financial losses, such as unpaid salary, penalties, and emotional turmoil.

The lawsuit demands compensation for economic losses, punitive damages, and attorneys’ fees. Aficionado alleges West’s actions caused lasting harm and workplace hostility. “Almost immediately into his employment, West began to make his proud bigotry and antisemitism well-known,” the filing states.
