Megan Thee Stallion recruits some big-named Houston rappers for new ‘Bigger in Texas’ video

As a long-time fan of Megan Thee Stallion, I can confidently say that her latest deluxe album, “Megan: Act II,” and its first single, “Bigger in Texas,” has solidified her status as a true Houston legend. This video is a testament to her unwavering dedication to her roots and her hometown, featuring appearances from iconic rappers like Scarface, Paul Wall, Slim Thug, and even Johnny Dang, the famed jeweler.

On October 25th, Megan Thee Stallion released her deluxe album titled “Megan: Act II“. Its debut single is a heartfelt track called “Bigger in Texas”.

Today, after midnight, she released the video for it, showcasing some esteemed rappers from Houston, her hometown. Scarface, Paul Wall, and Slim Thug are among those featured in this video. In addition, Johnny Dang, a renowned jeweler and business partner of Paul Wall, has a brief appearance.

The video begins with the Texas flag fluttering in the breeze, followed by Megan, who appears with diamonds in her mouth before delivering her rap in an abandoned parking lot. Later on, she dons a green attire and sports a green cowboy hat for added effect, continuing to rap. Subsequently, she raps inside a jewelry store, and it is then that Dang enters the scene.

Midway through the video, jointly directed by Megan, Scarface makes an appearance. He synchronizes his hand movements with hers as she delivers her rap verses. Later on in the video, both Wall and Slim Thug can be spotted.

Lyrically, Megan addresses her haters and does so with a rapid-fire flow. “B—h, I look good in my throwbacks, look good chubby, I look good slim / Ignoring the haters that speak on my body, this p—y ain’t for none of them / Pulling h–s scalp back like a scrunchie, tuned in, you subscribe to me monthly / A bum b—h can’t get in my company / Surrounded by stars like I’m reppin’ my country,” she raps.

This month has been quite hectic for the 29-year-old, as she’s not only been busy but also preparing to launch her documentary titled “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words” on October 31. In this film, she opens up about some challenging experiences in her life, including an incident where Tory Lanez shot her in the foot while they were driving around Los Angeles back in 2020.
