I felt compelled to express my appreciation for your consistent support, loyalty, and standing by me when many others didn’t. I hope you have a fantastic time tonight!! Yours sincerely, Taylor,” and signed it with a heart.
Swift’s handwritten letter offered gratitude, particularly for Portnoy’s years of support. The timing of the letter could have been influenced by Portnoy’s public defense of Swift following her recent political endorsement.

Portnoy promptly expressed support for Swift, stating that her political views didn’t bother him. I couldn’t contain my enthusiasm when I mentioned how incredible it was for me to be at Taylor Swift’s concert. To put it plainly, I lived every moment of it and her performance left me utterly amazed.
