Liam Payne, tragically passing away following a fall from a balcony, experienced some unforgettable encounters throughout his time with One Direction and during his subsequent solo ventures.

The former boy band member met with the Prince and Princess of Wales for the first time when he was still a member of the band in 2014 at the Royal Variety Performances event, when Middleton was pregnant with her second child, Princess Charlotte. During the 2014 event, a video of Harry Styles meeting the princess became popular on TikTok. Later in an interview, Styles shared details about his interaction with Middleton, mentioning that he had told her, “Congratulations on the baby bump,” although she didn’t appear to have one at the time.

After releasing their album Made in the A.M. the following year, the band had a chance to meet Prince Harry. Then, in 2017, One Direction’s member Liam Payne received an invitation from Queen Elizabeth II herself to Buckingham Palace. There, he was among other distinguished young individuals who positively impacted society.

According to authorities in Buenos Aires, Liam Payne was reported as deceased following an accident where he fell. It’s been alleged that he was affected by both drugs and alcohol at the time of the incident. Liam leaves behind his mother, sisters, and a son.
