Hawaii’s emergency officials say the storm is still happening and could cause heavy rain that threatens the Wahiawa dam on Oahu. Governor Josh Green has reported no deaths so far, but a few people have been seriously injured. In addition, about ten people received treatment for hypothermia and 230 residents have been rescued.
