Why Is Kanye West Getting Sued By Ex Assistant? Sean Diddy Combs’ Studio Session Allegation Explored

As an ardent fan who has followed Kanye West‘s career since his College Dropout days, I must say I am deeply saddened and disheartened by the latest developments. The allegations against Ye, especially those made by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, are truly alarming.

Previously employed as an assistant to Kanye West, who is also known as Ye, Lauren Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit against him. In this suit, she alleges that the rapper engaged in sexual assault and provided her with drugs during a studio session that he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

According to TMZ reports, this isn’t the first legal action Pisciotta has taken against Kanye West. Back in June, she filed a lawsuit against him alleging sexual harassment, contract violations, and wrongful dismissal. At that point, West’s lawyer strongly denied these accusations.

The latest amended court documents filed in California on October 8th, initially reported by TMZ, offer more specifics regarding Pisciotta’s accusations. According to the lawsuit, Pisciotto (who was with Ye for approximately a year) asserts that she and an unnamed manager were invited to join a recording session organized by Diddy.

During the event, Pisciotta announced that everyone would receive free drinks. Later on, it was declared that all attendees should partake in a drink or more since the meeting was set to continue. According to her, after following Ye’s suggestion and having a few light drinks, she started feeling dizzy, and later believed she had been given something to make her feel that way (implied as being drugged).

The next morning after rising, Pisciotta admits to feeling an immense sense of guilt and embarrassment, along with scant memory of the day before. Additionally, accusations within the lawsuit imply that years later, Ye made a comment regarding that evening, claiming they had ‘somehow become intimate’ and elaborating on the events of that night.

Originally hired by Kanye West as an executive assistant, Pisciotta later advanced to the role of head administrator in his businesses. In her lawsuit, she lists Diddy among the hosts of a studio event, but he is not accused of taking part in the alleged attack against her.

Currently, Diddy is dealing with a distinct legal predicament. Since September 16th, he’s been held at a correctional facility in Brooklyn following charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and other offenses. It’s important to note that his arrest isn’t linked to the incident mentioned in Pisciotta’s lawsuit.
