There are reports of an awkward encounter between Usher and Justin Bieber at Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Oscars after-party.
TMZ reports that attendees at the event were discussing a disagreement between the two artists, with some suggesting it escalated to a physical altercation. However, people close to Justin have stated that a fight did not occur.
According to sources close to Justin Bieber, Usher confronted him at the party, appearing upset and agitated. This led to a tense and loud argument between them, but these sources state that it didn’t become physical.
TMZ also reported that they reached out to Usher’s team for comment but did not receive a response.
According to someone close to Justin, he’s been creating distance between himself and people from his past, and has reportedly “always been rude to Usher.” The reason for this falling out remains unclear, and neither Justin nor Usher has publicly shared what caused the problem.
Although brief, the incident stood out because of where it happened – a party filled with celebrities. Guests included big names like Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, Michael B. Jordan, Timothée Chalamet, Kylie Jenner, and Hailey Bieber, among many others, meaning there were probably a lot of people who saw it.
Usher and Justin were last publicly spotted together in 2022 while in Idaho. They’ve generally maintained a low profile since then, and this recent sighting is drawing even more focus to their connection.
