Because this ability has a 3-turn cool-down period, she can smoothly switch between using her skill and her empowered basic attack. Notably, each use of her basic attack generates 1 SP, while her skill costs 4 SP at +1. Thus, she’s essentially spending 1.5 SP per turn to switch between the two attacks.

In the game right now, SP doesn’t have a lot of tight control over many aspects of the content. Consequently, an improved basic attack, although it might seem appealing, primarily functions as a novelty due to its single-target nature. However, her damage output is exceptionally high, which remains one of her strengths.
