A new sexual assault lawsuit has been filed against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs while he is currently imprisoned on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and arranging prostitution in New York. This latest claim comes from an unnamed woman from Florida who asserts that over a four-year period, Combs drugged her, assaulted her, forced her into intimate relationships, and threatened her. One of these encounters reportedly led to a pregnancy and miscarriage for the woman.

In a recent court case filed in New York County Supreme Court on Friday, September 27, and obtained by People, an anonymous woman, identified as Jane Doe, who works as a model, alleges that she was compelled to travel multiple times and engage in various activities for Combs since their initial encounter in 2020.

The plaintiff claims in her filing that she was taken to various states such as California and New York by Diddy’s team, allegedly for the purpose of having intimate relations with the rapper. She states that staff members would arrange for drivers to come pick her up before she consented to travel, leading her to feel as though she had no choice in the matter.

According to court documents filed by an anonymous individual, it is claimed that she was compelled during the spring of 2022 to consume drugs such as Ketamine and participate in a physical relationship with Combs at his properties in Los Angeles and Miami. During one instance, the complainant recounts experiencing drug-induced blackouts due to an overdose, and upon regaining consciousness, she discovered bite marks and bruises on her feet.

Over that sun-soaked summer, I discovered I was carrying a precious life within me. When I shared this joyous news with my circle, one of Diddy’s associates at the time unfortunately crossed a line. He persistently called and demanded that I terminate the pregnancy. The emotional turmoil that ensued tragically led to a miscarriage for me.

The individual involved in the lawsuit identifies herself as someone aged between 18 and 55, preferring to stay anonymous due to concerns over embarrassment and potential psychological harm if her identity is disclosed. She aims to recover undetermined compensatory damages from Combs and Bad Boy Enterprises, with the exact amount to be decided during a trial.

Following his arrest on September 16 at a New York City hotel, Combs is currently being held by federal authorities. He has entered a plea of not guilty for allegations related to racketeering and sex trafficking, but his requests for bail have been rejected on two occasions.

In the charges brought against him by federal authorities, it’s alleged that Diddy arranged, oversaw, and recorded intricate sexual acts, which they referred to as “explicit performances.” According to them, these sessions could extend over multiple days, leaving both male escorts and female victims drained to a point where some needed IV infusions for recovery.
