Jennifer Aniston, 57, Shares the 15-Minute Power Move Keeping Her Strong and Sculpted

You know, I was really surprised to hear Jennifer Aniston say that you don’t need to spend hours at the gym to stay in shape! She recently mentioned that some of her workouts are actually pretty quick – just 10 or 15 minutes sometimes. It’s good to know you can still get results with shorter bursts of exercise, right?

Jennifer Aniston recently launched a new, fast-paced workout series with Pvolve, a fitness platform. The program, offered through Pvolve’s streaming service, features short sessions aimed at increasing strength and improving balance.

Jennifer Aniston incorporates quick workouts into her daily life. She explained to Page Six Style that even 10 minutes is enough when she’s short on time. She calls these short sessions ‘movement snacks’ and believes they’re key to building lasting strength.

Jennifer Aniston recently showed off her quick five-minute workout routine using equipment from Pvovle, the fitness company she works with. The 57-year-old actress is still in amazing shape! #Pvovle #JenniferAniston

These workouts pack a lot into a short amount of time by combining different types of training. They don’t just focus on strength; instead, they also include exercises to improve your flexibility and balance.

Aniston shared why these quick workouts are so beneficial. She explained that Pvolve routines are effective because they don’t focus on just one type of exercise – they build strength, improve mobility, and enhance stability all at the same time.

The actress has been a Pvolve enthusiast for years, and now she’s teamed up with her trainer, Dani Coleman, to create a new series of quick workouts for the platform. These classes are the first she’s developed for Pvolve and add to the company’s extensive library of over 1,800 trainer-led workouts.

Most at-home workouts with Pvolve require a few of their tools, like resistance bands and weighted balls. These are used in Pvolve classes to focus on specific muscles and ensure each movement is done with control.

Jennifer Aniston started working with Pvolve in 2023 after a mutual friend introduced her to trainer Robin Coleman. Their initial session focused on a full-body workout with Pvolve equipment. Coleman noted that Aniston quickly embraced the streaming workouts and later transitioned to one-on-one training.

The actress explained she repeatedly uses the same exercise routines because she knows they’re effective. She stated, “I always return to these workouts because they deliver results.”

Jennifer Aniston is famous for her fit physique, particularly her strong arms and core – something people have noticed ever since her days on Friends. She proves that even brief, regular exercise can help you stay in shape for years.
