On September 15th, rapper Cardi B decided to give her fans and followers an intimate glimpse into her life. She posted a heartwarming video showcasing the moments leading up to the birth of her third child, which took place on September 7, 2024.

In a TikTok clip, the sound of a small child crying was audible immediately after her arrival, followed by footage from the delivery room where Offset, Cardi B’s former spouse, could be seen wrapping the newborn in a blanket and letting her cradle in her mother’s arms.

Meanwhile, the musician settled down in a chair, cradling his little girl against his chest. Later, during a heartwarming video call, Cardi joined them to share a special moment with their oldest child, Kulture.

“Look at baby sister,” Cardi said as she held her new arrival to the screen.

Kulture warmly welcomed her newborn sister as Cardi B cradled her, with Kulture assuring the renowned rapper that she would pay a visit to the infant shortly. Moreover, Offset is not only a father to his three children with his former partner, but also to sons Jordan Cephus, 14, and Kody Cephus, 9, as well as daughter Kalea Marie Cephus, 9, from past relationships.

In August 2024, Cardi B announced her pregnancy on Instagram, one day following her divorce filing from Offset. Later in September, exactly one month later, they were blessed with the arrival of their third child.

“The prettiest lil thing, 9/7/24” her caption read as she flashed a smile while cradling her baby. 

2017 marked the start of Cardi B and Offset’s relationship, which led to their marriage and the birth of their two children: Kulture, who is now 6 years old, and Wave, who is 2. Recently, news about their divorce has surfaced, with a representative for the rapper clarifying to PEOPLE that Cardi B’s decision to part ways wasn’t due to infidelity allegations, but rather a long-standing issue that had been brewing for some time.

In 2020, Cardi B also submitted divorce papers against the Migos rapper, but they managed to work through their problems and remain a couple since then.

Instead, it appears that the decision appears to be firm, as Cardi B stated she hasn’t asked for child support; rather, she expects Offset to continue with the payments for their children, as he has consistently done so, since he always fulfills his financial obligations.
