As a die-hard fan who’s been following the hilarious antics of our beloved vampires since the very first episode, I must say that this news about the final season leaves me with a bittersweet feeling. It’s like finding out Guillermo has finally gotten his own room in the mansion – exciting, but also a reminder that change is coming.
The sixth season of “What We Do in the Shadows” on FX will unfortunately be its end, and we’re not quite prepared to bid farewell to our beloved undead roommates Nandor, Laszlo, Nadja, and Colin Robinson. However, for fans who want to keep these unforgettable vampires thriving even after the series finale, a solution has emerged: a special edition of the classic game Clue inspired by “What We Do in the Shadows” is now available. Timed perfectly for Halloween, this release ensures our favorite comical vamps can live on! Thanks to Comicbook.com for the news.
In the latest version of “Clue”, you’ll have the chance to play as the vampire roommates together with The Guide in a quest to locate Laszlo’s 100% Witch Skin Hat, a humorous reference from the show. As fans are aware, obtaining the Witch Skin Hat isn’t desirable. You’ll be scouring for clues throughout locations iconic to the series’ Staten Island residence. The aim is to discover who had the audacity to steal Laszlo’s prized hat. It’s likely that the culprit will somehow manage to pin the blame on poor Guillermo.
You can grab a copy of the game immediately from The Op Games at $44.99. It’s currently available and being shipped out, giving you ample time to order it for a game night each evening in October. The game features 6 suspect movers, 21 Rumor Cards, and 25 Intrigue Cards. We’re happy they allowed Guillermo to have his own suspect mover this time around. Typically, they would make him sleep in the tool shed or exclude him from the fun, treating their familiar quite unfairly.
What We Do in the Shadows season six premieres on FX on October 21.
