According to People magazine, the divorced couple was seen publicly for the first time with their kids on September 14. This occasion took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel following the commencement of their divorce proceedings.

In photos shared by DeuxMoi, Ben Affleck (age 52) and Jennifer Lopez (age 55) were snapped together outside the venue prior to entering the hotel. Affleck donned a pair of blue jeans, a blue collared shirt, dark sunglasses, while the actress from Hustlers was elegantly dressed in a black long-sleeved crop top and coordinating black jeans, also wearing sunglasses. They were further seen in a black SUV, with Affleck at the wheel and Lopez seated beside him.

Approximately a month after the Atlas star formally filed for divorce on April 26, 2024, this joint outing took place. People close to Lopez claim she put in effort and good faith to keep their marriage going, and she was deeply saddened by its end. Despite her personal pain, her children remained her top concern.

Last week, Lopez attended the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of her film, Unstoppable. She wore a Tamara Ralph floor-length dress at the event and was seen chatting with Matt Damon, a longtime close friend and business associate of Affleck. It was reported that their conversation covered both lighthearted topics as well as more serious matters, all while remaining friendly throughout.

The movie “Unstoppable,” based on wrestler Anthony Robles’ life, is a biographical film produced by Affleck and Damon under their production company Artists Equity Production. Unfortunately, Affleck could not attend the premiere event as he was spending time in Los Angeles with his two younger children, Samuel, 12, and Seraphina, 15, and also his 18-year-old daughter Violet from his ex Jennifer Garner.
