Jensen Ackles, known for his role in Supernatural, has announced that filming for the first season of Vought Rising, the new series connected to The Boys, is complete. He shared a video on Instagram showing him getting into his Soldier Boy costume – a process that takes the help of three to five people – and confirmed it was the last day of shooting.
He celebrated the project’s completion with enthusiasm, calling it an incredible experience. He expressed his gratitude to the cast and crew for their dedication and hard work, playfully calling them ‘a bunch of psychos’ as a term of endearment. He also tagged the official accounts for Prime Video, Sony Pictures Television, The Boys TV series, and Vought Rising.
While there’s no confirmed release date for Vought Rising yet, it’s likely to come out after Season 5 of The Boys. The first two episodes of Season 5 will premiere on April 8th on Prime Video, with new episodes dropping each week until the season finale on May 20th.

Fans are particularly thrilled about the new season because of its ties to the popular show Supernatural.
