The lineup they’ve announced is nothing short of phenomenal, with artists like Green Day, Shawn Mendes, and Humankind gracing the stage.


2025’s Lollapalooza India unveiled its lineup for its third installment on September 10th, and it’s fair to say we were quite impressed by the list of renowned global music stars that made the cut. Slated for March 8-9 next year, this grand music festival promises performances from Green Day, Shawn Mendes, and rising star Hanumankind.

A music festival featuring various genres, lasting approximately 20 hours over four stages, is set to debut five-time Grammy winners Green Day, comprised of Billie Joe Armstrong (lead vocalist and guitarist), Mike Dirnt (bassist and backing vocalist), and Tré Cool (drummer). This will mark the first time they’ve performed in India during their more than 35-year musical journey.

The band expressed their eagerness about their future performance in Mumbai, India, on Instagram, following the announcement that they would headline Lolla India 2025. They wrote, “We’re reaching another significant moment! India, you’ve been longing for us…and now it’s our turn to answer!

Shawn Mendes, a 26-year-old Canadian musician, announced his participation in the event by sharing the Lollapalooza India lineup on his Instagram Stories with the caption: “I can’t wait @lollaindia!

Known as Suraj Cherukat but recognized by many as Big Dawgs due to his viral success, this Indian rapper is set to perform at the music festival in Mumbai. If you can’t wait to witness his live performance, don’t miss his concerts in Bengaluru and Mumbai scheduled for September 13 and 15 respectively.

Louis Tomlinson, a former member of One Direction, is set to make his highly awaited Indian debut, performing alongside the British band, Glass Animals.

For the third installment of Lollapalooza, we have a diverse lineup featuring Boi Boi from Outkast, British band Nothing But Thieves, Norwegian sensation Aurora who brought joy during the COVID era, electronic musicians such as Zedd, John Summit, and Alok, American guitarist and composer Cory Wong, South Korean indie rock group Wave To Earth, and up-and-coming pop artists including Isabel LaRosa.

At the Lolla India event, the American folk-indie duo Lullanas will join other Indian artists like Dot., Raftaar, KR$NA, Talwinder, Niladri Kumar, Lisa Mishra, Raman Negi, Dhanji, Spryk, Sahil Vasudeva, DJ producer Anushka, Raghav Meattle, Sid Vashi, and the indie multi-instrumentalist producer Sudan for their India debut.

Lollapalooza started taking ticket reservations on September 5th, aiming to create buzz among attendees. If you haven’t purchased your ticket yet, now might be a good idea, as word will quickly spread and tickets are likely to sell faster than expected.
