Forbes defines a ‘celebrity billionaire’ as someone who achieved fame before accumulating their fortune. This means their list primarily features people known for entertainment or sports. They intentionally exclude individuals who became well-known because of their wealth or business success, like Donald Trump and Mark Cuban.
