Kit Harington recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 9th and received a lot of positive attention. Viewers online were impressed not just with what he said to Jimmy Fallon, but also with how confident and stylish he looked.
The actor also discussed what he looks for in a role, explaining that he’s always been attracted to complex and flawed characters. He pointed to his recent work on HBO’s Industry as an example.
I’ve been hearing a lot about Kit Harington’s new role, and it sounds fascinating. He’s playing this CEO named Henry Muck – a really wealthy guy running a green tech company, but he’s also dealing with a lot of stuff in his personal life. Apparently, it’s a totally different performance than what we’re used to seeing from him as Jon Snow. Critics are saying he’s really digging deep and showing a lot more nuance than he did on Game of Thrones.

Kit Harington recently appeared in the gothic horror film The Dreadful, which came out in February. Directed by Natasha Kermani, the movie features Harington as Jago, a soldier home from war who brings unsettling secrets into the life of a family. Marcia Gay Harden also stars, and the film reunited Harington with his Game of Thrones co-star, Sophie Turner. During an interview with Fallon, Harington playfully admitted the reunion was a little awkward at first, a sentiment echoed by Turner herself.
Beyond his work as an actor, Kit Harington prioritizes his family, including his wife, Rose Leslie, and their two children. While he’s moved on from his role on Game of Thrones, he’s still pursuing creative projects, now exploring acting, directing, and producing.
