Saturn Awards 2026 Film Winners And Nominees

Best Science Fiction Film

Okay, so the winner of the competition was definitely ‘Avatar: Fire and Ash’ – I was really rooting for that one! But honestly, all the entries were pretty cool. ‘Bugonia’ sounded interesting, and I’m a huge ‘Jurassic World’ fan, so ‘Rebirth’ caught my eye. ‘Predator: Badlands’ seemed like a classic action pick, and I’ve always loved ‘The Running Man’. ‘Tron: Ares’ was a nice futuristic addition too, but ‘Avatar’ just took the crown, in my opinion!

But, I have to admit, ‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning’ totally blew me away – it was the best of the bunch so far! I’m also curious about ‘Novocaine’ and ‘Now You See Me, Now You Don’t’, though they haven’t grabbed me as much yet.
