What’s cool is he isn’t some super-gifted mage, but his experience and know-how keep him alive when others fail. It feels so real – monster hunting is just his job, a way to make a living. The story is about sticking with things, finding pride in doing your work well over a long time, and honestly, it’s a refreshing change from all the stories where characters just keep getting stronger and stronger.

‘ROLL OVER AND DIE: I Will Fight for an Ordinary Life with My Love and Cursed Sword!’ (2026)
