‘The Morning Show’ (2019– )

I’m totally hooked on this show! It’s a really intense look behind the scenes of a morning news program – you see how crazy things can get when a big scandal breaks. It focuses on two main characters, Alex and Bradley, and how they try to do their jobs and climb the ladder while everything’s falling apart. It really shows you how cutthroat the world of TV news can be, with all the power struggles and competition going on behind the camera.

It quickly became a beloved cultural hit, winning many awards for its feel-good story and well-developed characters.

‘Hijack’ (2023– )

I was completely gripped by this story! It follows a hijacked plane on its way to London, a terrifying seven-hour flight where every minute counts. You really feel the pressure as Sam Nelson, a brilliant negotiator, tries to talk everyone through this impossible situation. What’s amazing is that the story unfolds as it happens, making the life-or-death stakes feel so incredibly real. It’s a raw look at the desperate actions taken by both the hijackers and the people on the ground fighting to save those on board.

‘The Last Thing He Told Me’ (2023)

When Owen Michaels vanishes amidst an investigation into financial wrongdoing at his company, he leaves a mysterious note for his wife, Hannah Hall: protect his daughter.
