Oasis Legend Gem Archer To Reunite With Liam And Noel Gallagher For Upcoming Tour: Details Inside

As a dedicated Oasis fan who’s been following the band since their Britpop days, I can hardly contain my excitement! The prospect of Gem Archer rejoining the group for the Oasis Live 25 tour next year is truly heartening. Although he wasn’t an original member, his contributions to the band during the late ’90s and early 2000s were undeniably significant.

Exciting news for Oasis enthusiasts! The talented guitarist, Gem Archer – previously with the British rock group – has been invited to rejoin the Oasis tour once more. It’s anticipated that he will be the next musician to officially team up with Liam and Noel Gallagher.

Based on Mirror’s reports, I’m thrilled to share that Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs has agreed to rejoin the band for our Oasis Live 25 tour next year. Gem Archer, a former member of our group, is rumored to be returning as well, with both Liam and Noel Gallagher expressing their desire for him to be back on board.

Ever since I became part of the Oasis family in 1999, I’ve been honored to stand side by side with the legendary Gallagher brothers on stage. It was a dream come true for me, and together we rocked out for an entire decade until Noel decided to leave the band in 2009. Even though I wasn’t an original member, being in Oasis has been one incredible journey!

According to a source speaking with Mirror, although the band members’ involvement hasn’t been fully confirmed, Gem appears highly probable alongside Bonehead for Oasis’s lineup.

Nevertheless, Gem Archer parted ways with Oasis in 2009, just prior to their disbandment. His exit followed a string of disagreements and strife, predominantly among the Gallagher brothers. The long-standing member Bonehead attempted to resolve these issues.

Oasis saw significant triumph with records such as Definitely Maybe (1994), (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? (1995), and Be Here Now (1997).

Besides Paul Arthurs on the guitar, Paul McGuigan on bass guitar, and Tony McCarroll on drums, other members are part of this band too. As per Fandom Wiki, as of 2024, Oasis has sold more than 75 million records globally, placing them among the top-selling melodic artists in history.

They consistently top the UK Singles Chart and the UK Albums Chart, boasting a total of eight UK chart-topping singles and eight UK chart-topping albums.

Curious about an extra delightful bit of information? It turns out that they have also received nominations for two Grammy Awards.
