Marvel’s Wonder Man didn’t just limp onto the Nielsen charts, it fell off immediately.
Disney+ dropped all 8 episodes at once, which should have helped the show rack up minutes.
As we mentioned before, Wonder Man appears to be the lowest-performing Marvel series on Disney+ in terms of viewership.

Wonder Man charts for one week, then disappears
During its first week, the new streaming series Wonder Man racked up an impressive 618 million viewing minutes, with all eight episodes released at once.
That averages out to 77.25 million minutes per episode.
One week later, Wonder Man is gone from the chart entirely.
According to Nielsen data from February 2nd to 8th, 2026, the tenth most-streamed show reached 332 million viewing minutes. Because Wonder Man didn’t rank among the top ten, it means the show had fewer than 332 million total minutes viewed for the whole week.
Because all 8 episodes were already available, the viewership numbers are absolutely awful.
Because Wonder Man finished with a total runtime of less than 332 million minutes, each episode averaged under 41.5 million minutes in length.
After just one week, Wonder Man has dropped out of the Top 10 most-watched shows. Viewership has significantly decreased, falling from an average of 77.25 million minutes per episode to under 41.5 million.

Marvel pushes Wonder Man free on YouTube
When we noted that the first episode wasn’t performing well on Nielsen’s ratings, Marvel released it for free on YouTube to encourage people to then watch the remaining episodes on Disney+.
It feels like they’re trying anything to get people to watch the show without needing a subscription, but it’s not really working.
As of press time, the Wonder Man Episode 1 upload has 76k views.
A Marvel YouTube video from two days earlier about X-Men ’97 and Cyclops has 347k views.

Fans to Feige: We don’t want Wonder Man
Releasing an entire season at once is expected to boost viewership. However, even with this approach, Wonder Man only appeared on the Nielsen charts for one week.
If a show is already getting less than 332 million minutes of viewership per week, even with all episodes released, it’s not just a slow beginning – it means people aren’t watching it. This signals to Kevin Feige that the show is a flop that audiences didn’t want. The big question is: is he paying attention?
