Aaron and Sam Taylor-Johnson recently enjoyed a romantic trip to Italy to celebrate a special occasion. Sam, the acclaimed director, turned 59 on March 4th, and the couple marked the milestone with a getaway to the historic city of Rome.

Aaron, 35, shared photos from his romantic trip to Rome with his social media followers. He posted pictures of himself and his partner posing in the city, along with beautiful shots of classic art from Rome’s famous museums.

The actor shared some sweet photos and a birthday message for his partner, writing “just you and me… in Rome.” His partner, Sam, responded by posting her own photos from the trip on March 3, including an action shot of him jumping in front of a beautiful Italian building.

The couple first met in 2009 while working on Sam’s first film, Nowhere Boy, a movie about John Lennon’s early life. They married in 2012 and have since become a large family, including their two daughters, Romy and Wylda, and Sam’s children from a previous relationship.

In June 2022, the couple celebrated their tenth wedding anniversary with a vow renewal ceremony, renewing their commitment to each other. They continue this tradition of celebrating publicly each year, with Aaron consistently sharing photos from their trips and heartfelt messages on Sam’s birthday, emphasizing how much he cherishes their time together.

For Aaron’s 35th birthday in June, Sam sweetly responded with a collection of informal photos of them playing cards together. She also wrote a loving message in French – “Mon Amour. Je t’aime” – emphasizing the strong bond they’ve shared over their fourteen years together.

Actor Aaron Taylor-Johnson has been very busy lately with several major films being released. He recently appeared in the horror movie 28 Years Later, but didn’t return for the follow-up, The Bone Temple, which instead centered on the story of his character’s son.

Later this year, audiences will be able to see the actor in the new heist thriller, Fuze. Directed by David Mackenzie, the film boasts a strong cast – including Theo James, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Sam Worthington – and centers around a dangerous robbery complicated by an unexploded bomb from World War II.

Taylor Swift’s partner, Aaron Dessner, will work with director Robert Eggers again on a new horror movie called Werwulf, which is scheduled to come out on December 25th. They previously collaborated on the critically acclaimed film Nosferatu earlier this year. Werwulf is a dark, historical story set in 13th-century England and will also feature Lily-Rose Depp and Willem Dafoe.

It’s great to see her still so involved in the world of fashion, like when she was with Aaron at the Saint Laurent show in Paris. And I’m really excited to hear she’s already working on what’s next as a director – she’s incredibly talented!
