Fans Are Losing It Over John Malkovich’s Alleged Villain Role in ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’: “That’s actually an amazing casting.”

As a lifelong Marvel fan who has seen more than my fair share of comic book adaptations, I’m thrilled to see that Marvel Studios is finally giving the Fantastic Four the big-screen treatment they deserve. With the likes of Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby leading the cast, I can hardly contain my excitement!

It’s common knowledge that the upcoming “Fantastic Four” movie is a top priority for Marvel Studios, as they aim to successfully launch this franchise after previous attempts have fallen short. Ryan Fleig, in particular, is determined to get it right on this occasion, and he’s enlisting some heavy-hitters to help him achieve that goal.

The principal actors will include two prominent figures – Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby – and we can anticipate appearances from characters like Silver Surfer and Galactus within the film. Additionally, it’s rumored that Downey’s Victor Von Doom might make a surprise appearance after the credits. This clearly indicates Marvel is pulling out all stops, but fans may yet be in for even more impressive surprises.

To clarify, it’s common knowledge that esteemed actor John Malkovich is set to appear in an upcoming film. Though his specific role has yet to be confirmed at this point, fans are convinced they’ve found a part tailor-made for him and aren’t interested in any alternative suggestions.

Regarding “The Fantastic Four,” there are many unresolved casting questions. At present, we don’t have any exclusive insights to share. However, it’s clear that the audience has strong opinions, particularly when it comes to John Malkovich.

It’s plausible that the character announced alongside Natasha Lyonne, suggested as the Puppet Master, might indeed be the Puppet Master. However, given that the movie is rumored to include both Doom and Galactus, it seems questionable to allocate screen time for a minor antagonist like Mole Man or Puppet Master. Therefore, another possibility could be that this character is Franklin Storm instead.

If he’s not the one pulling the strings, it would be an enormous misuse of talent. They currently have the chance to create something truly hilarious.

Absolutely, I get it – the bald head is a distinctive feature, but let me tell you, Phillip Masters, better known as Puppet Master, is a remarkable choice. Despite being a lesser-known Marvel villain, he’s a significant adversary of the Fantastic Four. He seems to possess psychic powers, but his most notable ability lies in creating lifelike clay figurines and manipulating them like puppets. His ambition was global domination, yet he fell short. What sets him apart is his unique animosity towards The Thing, stemming from his stepdaughter’s romantic interest in him.

Although it’s uncertain if Malkovich will assume the role of the Puppet Master, such a part could undeniably suit him well. However, if he does take on this role, it would mean he’d be a secondary villain in the film, which might be disappointing considering Galactus is likely to be the primary antagonist. An alternate possibility is that Malkovich is cast as another character. Regardless, remember to stay tuned for further updates!
