Kristen Bell recently spoke about the rumors surrounding how much money she might earn for the next Frozen movies. Bell, who has been the voice of Princess Anna since the beginning of the Frozen series, explained her thoughts while at an event in Los Angeles.
Late in 2025, rumors began circulating that Kristen Bell and her famous co-stars, like Idina Menzel and Josh Gad, had each signed contracts worth $60 million for two more movies. However, when asked about these numbers on the red carpet at the Actor Awards on March 1st, Bell immediately said they weren’t accurate.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kristen Bell said a lot of the information spreading around was wrong. She explained that the reports seemed to be based on guesses, not actual financial deals.
Although she wouldn’t confirm the reported $60 million salary, Bell shared how grateful she is to be part of the hugely popular Disney franchise. She admitted the role is very lucrative thanks to the series’ success, and she’d gladly continue voicing the character indefinitely.
The actress said she was just as surprised as everyone else when she saw the rumored salary figures online. She called the amounts ridiculous and remembered being genuinely shocked by how large they were.
The Frozen movies are still incredibly important to Disney animation, having earned over $2.6 billion globally. A third Frozen film is confirmed and scheduled to come out on November 24, 2027, continuing the tradition of releasing around Thanksgiving.
Josh Gad has been sharing his enthusiasm for what’s next for the world of Arendelle, posting updates from the recording studio on social media. He hinted that the stories planned for the third and fourth movies are especially creative and innovative.

Now that production is underway, fans are excited to see how Anna and Elsa’s relationship develops over the course of this two-part story. With the original actors returning, the movie is expected to continue being a huge success worldwide for many years.
