Luv Letter Studios, launched in 2023 by Kennedy Freeman, is quickly becoming a force in the anime world. They offer animators and other creative professionals a chance to work on both large-scale and independent projects, and also provide outsourcing support throughout the entire production process. Currently, the studio is raising funds on Kickstarter for their exciting new animated series, Towards Galaxy’s End, which combines the magical girl genre with a unique space vampire storyline.
The new story promises a lively and heartwarming feel, drawing inspiration from the styles of Studio Trigger and Kyoto Animation. As shown in the concept trailer for Towards Galaxy’s End, the characters and the world itself are beautifully designed and full of life.

Ami tragically died in a car accident, but was unexpectedly given a new lease on life – with a twist. She was reborn as an extinct species, specifically a space vampire. When she discovers six other girls in similar situations, she decides to team up with them and form a magical girl group.

Towards Galaxy’s End is an animated series planned to include seven short episodes. Its creators are currently raising funds through Kickstarter, offering various rewards to backers. The series is expected to be released between mid- and late-2026, and they hope to eventually offer versions dubbed in Spanish, Japanese, Russian, and French.
Clark Freeman, who oversees the show’s production, announced on March 1st that they’ve already received enough funding for the first short film. The money will now be used for dubbing and to achieve additional goals for the project.
