I’m really excited about what Peacock has this week! There’s a ton of stuff to watch, from super competitive reality shows to fresh takes on shows I already love. They’re adding new episodes and extra content to some of my favorites, plus some international versions of shows too. It’s great to see both brand new originals and familiar, well-loved series all in one place – it really shows they’re committed to giving us a little bit of everything.
‘The Valley: Persian Style’ (2026)

This reality show follows a group of tight-knit Persian-American friends as they juggle their careers, relationships, and family life in California’s San Fernando Valley. Produced by 32 Flavors, the series explores the unique cultural experiences and social interactions within this community. The cast members are often caught between honoring their family’s traditions and embracing the exciting, fast-paced energy of Los Angeles. It’s a fresh take on reality TV, offering a new look at the bonds of friendship and the pursuit of success.
‘The ‘Burbs’ (2026)

This darkly funny series is based on the popular 1989 movie and follows the strange happenings in a typical suburban neighborhood. Starring Keke Palmer, Jack Whitehall, and Seth MacFarlane (who also helps produce the show), the story begins when a new family arrives, and the neighbors start to suspect they’re hiding something. It’s a blend of witty neighborhood observations and a thrilling mystery, as the characters become increasingly determined to find out what’s really going on. You can watch it now with your streaming subscription.
‘Love Island: All Stars’ (2024)

This new show takes popular contestants from the hit dating series and gives them a second chance at love. Filmed in a lavish villa, they’ll face the same kinds of tests, pairings, and viewer votes as before to avoid elimination. Produced by GroupM Motion Entertainment, the series promises even more drama because these contestants are all returning players. Expect familiar faces and past connections to play a big role as they compete for romance in a pressure-filled environment.
‘The Traitors’ (2023)

I’m totally hooked on this new show! Alan Cumming hosts, and it’s amazing. A group of people are stuck in this creepy Scottish castle, competing for a big cash prize, but here’s the twist: some of them are secretly ‘Traitors’ whose job is to eliminate the ‘Faithful’ without getting caught. The rest of us, the ‘Faithful,’ have to work together to figure out who the Traitors are and kick them out! Everyone’s been raving about how atmospheric and strategically brilliant the American version is, and I totally agree – it’s so good!
‘House of Villains’ (2023)

This series, from Irwin Entertainment, brings together famous villains from different reality TV shows. They all live together and compete in challenges – both physical and mental – to avoid being eliminated. The last one standing wins a cash prize and is crowned America’s Greatest Supervillain. Viewers familiar with reality competitions will likely recognize many of the contestants as they try to outmaneuver each other.
‘The Traitors’ (2022)

As a huge fan of these kinds of games, I was thrilled to finally check out the original British version! It’s set in this amazing castle in the Scottish Highlands, and it’s all about figuring out who’s secretly trying to sabotage the group. Studio Lambert Scotland did a fantastic job creating this really tense, psychologically driven show. It became a total sensation over in the UK – seriously, everyone was talking about it – because of how high the stakes felt and all the unexpected turns. It’s landed on the platform this week, and it’s the perfect place to start if you want to understand what all the fuss about this franchise is about.
‘Below Deck Down Under’ (2022)

Captain Jason Chambers and his team work on a luxurious superyacht, serving demanding guests cruising around Australia. The series, from 51 Minds Entertainment, shows just how challenging it is to work in the yachting industry, especially when living and working in close proximity to others. The crew juggles complicated guest requests while also dealing with the tricky conditions of the Great Barrier Reef. It’s a behind-the-scenes look at the exciting and often stressful world of professional yachting in the Southern Hemisphere.
‘The Office: Superfan Episodes’ (2020)

Universal Television is giving fans of ‘The Office’ longer cuts of their favorite episodes, complete with never-before-seen footage. These ‘Superfan Episodes’ include deleted scenes and different story ideas, offering a closer look at the characters and what happens at Dunder Mifflin. It’s a way to revisit the show’s classic humor with fresh jokes and moments, and it acts as a complete collection of one of TV’s most beloved workplace comedies.
‘Vanderpump Rules’ (2013)

This popular reality show follows the lives of the people who work at Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants and bars in West Hollywood. Originally focused on young actors and models, the show now tracks their journeys as they start businesses and build families. The drama comes from the complicated relationships and friendships within this close group of friends, and it’s known for consistently delivering both personal and professional ups and downs.
‘The Voice’ (2011)

The popular singing competition is back, continuing its quest to find the next big star. Singers perform while hidden from the celebrity coaches, who choose their teams based only on vocal ability. The show, produced by Warner Horizon Television, includes intense battle rounds and exciting live performances. A key part of the program is the guidance experienced music stars provide to up-and-coming artists as they compete for a chance to record their own album.
