As a devoted viewer, I must say that this particular scene truly embodies female strength and camaraderie, yet it’s tinted with the distinctly witty sarcasm that’s synonymous with “The Boys”. It seems to be poking fun at how the concept of “girl power” can sometimes appear shallow in superhero movies akin to those within the Marvel universe.
Based on the comments, it appears that fans found the scenario amusing because later in the same season, “The Boys” repeated the action without irony and it turned out to be good.
