In her post’s caption, Bailey mentioned the most striking alteration she noticed was her raised eyebrows and expanded space above them. She attributed this new look to a trendy endoscopic ponytail lift commonly used in young Hollywood, or other procedures like an upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) or the combination of brow threads and a “tox” brow lift.

Bailey noted, “Moreover, it seems her surgical interventions are relatively few, potentially including an early rhinoplasty (not visible in the pre-rhinoplasty images). To perfect the ‘brat’ look, she may have also had lip augmentation for shape and moisture.”

It’s evident that Bailey was thrilled when Charli XCX replied to her post. On August 11, she posted again, expressing joy over the singer’s comment. Her words were, “The brat queen has spoken!” She commended Charli and other ‘brat girls’ for challenging the societal norms surrounding cosmetic procedures, stating, “We admire how ‘brat girls’ are shattering the stigma around cosmetic treatments.”

Bailey mentioned Charli XCX’s impact by using the artist’s own phrases: “Charli XCX characterizes a ‘brat girl’ as being ‘honest, straightforward, and somewhat unpredictable’,” she further explained. Additionally, she pointed out that the brat girl style is about doing what brings joy and confidence, regardless of others’ opinions.
