DC X SONIC Flash and Sonic Figure 2-Pack Has the Speed Force

Last year, Sega’s Sonic the Hedgehog and DC Comics’ Justice League teamed up for a special collaboration. It started with a comic book series, and then Jakks Pacific released a line of toys. Now, they’re working together again on a new collection of toys, and we got a sneak peek! The coolest part of this new line, available exclusively at Target, is a two-pack featuring action figures of The Flash and Sonic the Hedgehog – bringing together the two fastest heroes in a single set.

DC X Sonic the Hedgehog Flash and Sonic 2-Pack

I just got the new DC and Sonic the Hedgehog two-pack, and it’s really cool! It comes with a 5-inch Flash figure and a 2.5-inch Sonic figure, and Sonic is even wearing a Flash costume! The Flash figure is super posable with 27 points of articulation, so I can put him in a running pose with my other DC figures, like the Super Powers line. I’m not sure which Flash it is – Barry Allen or Wally West – but the sculpt is amazing and really captures the look of the character. It’s a great addition to my collection!



This two-pack includes a 2.5-inch Sonic figure with 5 points of movement, and he looks great displayed with the human character included! Other figures in this series are Wonder Woman with Amy, and Green Lantern with Silver. Notably, the 2.5-inch Silver figure is exclusive to this set. Each two-pack costs $19.99.

DC X Sonic the Hedgehog Shadow/Batman with Batcycle

Let me tell you, this DC X Sonic the Hedgehog Shadow as Batman figure is fantastic! Seeing Shadow reimagined as the Dark Knight just works. And while he doesn’t necessarily need a Batcycle, he looks undeniably awesome riding one. It’s a classic case of Batman’s tech elevating the whole vibe – everything just feels cooler with a Batcycle involved!







The DC X Sonic the Hedgehog Shadow as Batman action figure is highly poseable with 22 points of articulation. While designed with kids in mind, we think many collectors will want to add this unique figure to their collections – and some might even be reading this now! You can see pictures of the figure both in its packaging and out of the box, riding the Batcycle, above. It’s available for $29.99.

With a new DC Comics mini-series launching this spring, fans are wondering if we’ll see even more DC X Sonic figures in the future. Jakks Pacific has already released figures based on the characters from the first comic, but it’s likely more comics—and therefore more figures—are on the way. Could we even see a villain like Black Doom reimagined as Darkseid? For now, you can find the current DC X Sonic the Hedgehog figures exclusively at Target, both in stores and online.
