On August 8 (Thursday), the host of that talk show shared a heartfelt message on Instagram about the passing of her mother. In her emotional post, she wrote, “My mom passed away peacefully yesterday… She lived her life by her own unique principles, which is why I’ve always lived my life in much the same way.”

Loni expressed that she discovered tranquility by sifting through her mother’s belongings, appreciating the life Frances had crafted for herself. The talk show host on The Real continued, “I honor her life and will forever cherish the wonderful moments we shared!!! She added, “Love you Momma!!!! At this moment, my family and I humbly ask for prayers and solitude as we mourn. #RestInPeace”

As she held up Dr. Seuss’s “Oh, The Places You’ll Go!”, the comedian emphasized that this book was instrumental in teaching them to read.
