RHOC Star Shannon Beador Recalls Her Time In Jail After DUI And Alleged Hit-And-Run Case; Check DETAILS Here

As a lifestyle expert with a background in mental health and criminal justice, I find Shannon Beador‘s harrowing experience of being incarcerated for DUI and hit-and-run charges to be both heartbreaking and enlightening.

Shannon Beador, a cast member on The Real Housewives of Orange County, spoke candidly about her time in jail following her DUI and hit-and-run conviction in September 2023, as she shared with People Magazine. During the interview, Beador disclosed that while being led to her cell, she experienced intense feelings of claustrophobia. Reminiscing on the incident, she remembered asking the officer for a larger cell, but her request was turned down.

As an overly enthusiastic fan, I’d say, “I expressed my concerns to the entertainment outlet, ‘Gosh, I told the officer, I simply can’t enter there! It’s too cramped. I just can’t go in there.’ There were no ventilation bars, only a door. They replied, ‘This is the larger one then.’ So, I stepped inside to take a look, and they closed the door behind me. At that point, I exclaimed, ‘You must let me out! I can’t stay here.’ Furthermore, in an attempt to manage my claustrophobia, I chose to lie on the bed with my face facing the window.”

Reality star Beador admitted that stepping out of jail resembled a movie scene for her. She was covered in blood, barefoot, and sporting numerous scratches on her body following an incident. Yet, Beador acknowledged her error.

In a recent interview, the Real Housewives of Orange County star shared, “I got hurt. I was covered in blood.” She went on to describe, “When they released me, it felt like a movie scene. They opened a garage door and I didn’t know where I was supposed to go. I asked, ‘What should I do now?’ To which they replied, ‘You can leave.'”

As a fervent admirer, let me recount my experience: “Last time, I found myself barefoot – an eerie sensation that left an indelible mark on me. A moment so surreal, it’s one I vow never to repeat. From now on, I promise to steer clear of hasty choices like that, for I will not.”

On the fateful morning of September 17, I found myself in hot water at Newport Beach – not exactly how an obsessed fan like me envisioned spending my day! Apparently, I’d had a bit too much to drink and ended up crashing my car into a planter box connected to someone’s house. The authorities reported that my blood alcohol level was an alarming .24, three times the legal limit. Needless to say, it wasn’t my finest hour!

The RHOC star states that she was lucky to not hurt anyone.
