Hugh Jackman recently shared a photo that delighted fans. He noticed his hair naturally styled itself to resemble the iconic look of his X-Men character, Wolverine – a style he’s become known for after playing the role for over two decades.
The photo shows Hugh Jackman with his hair styled similarly to how it was when he first played the character in 2000. He playfully captioned it, “When you wake up and realize you’ve become the character you’ve played for 25 years!” Fans responded with humorous comments, suggesting he’s completely turned into Logan.

I have to say, seeing Hugh Jackman back as Wolverine in “Deadpool & Wolverine” was a real treat. The movie was a huge success, and it’s amazing to watch him revisit the character after all these years. What really strikes me is his dedication – even now, well into his fifties, he’s still throwing himself into incredibly demanding, physical roles. It’s seriously impressive!
Hugh Jackman is known for more than just playing superheroes. He recently starred in the musical drama “Song Sung Blue,” which is available to stream on Peacock. In the film, he plays alongside Kate Hudson as part of a band that performs the music of Neil Diamond. The role allowed him to showcase his abilities as both a singer and an actor.
He’s got a few exciting projects planned for 2026, including a movie called “The Sheep Detectives” with Amazon MGM Studios. It’s a quirky story where he plays a shepherd, and his sheep work to figure out how he died.
The film features Emma Thompson, Nicholas Braun, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. The actor will also appear in “The Death of Robin Hood,” a new film directed by Michael Sarnoski. This movie centers around an aging Robin Hood facing the repercussions of his previous actions.
I’m so excited to hear Hugh Jackman is heading back to the stage! He’s doing a concert series called “From New York With Love” at Radio City Music Hall, and it sounds amazing – he’ll be singing songs from “The Greatest Showman” and “Les Misérables,” which I absolutely love. Plus, he’s started a new theater company, Together, with Sonia Friedman, and they’re planning to put on smaller, more intimate shows in the U.S. and the U.K. It’s great to see him doing so much!
Hugh Jackman effortlessly transitions between different types of roles, from big action movies to musicals and plays. Interestingly, even something as simple as his morning hair has become associated with the character he’s most known for.
