DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Cast Share Behind-the-Scenes Cameo Photos

As a lifelong comic book fan and someone who has followed these actors’ careers closely, I must say that this lineup for “Deadpool & Wolverine” is nothing short of extraordinary! Channing Tatum finally getting to play Gambit feels like a dream come true, especially after his decade-long pursuit. His Cajun charm and charisma make him the perfect choice for Remy LeBeau.

After a few weeks since the release of Deadpool & Wolverine in cinemas, cast and crew members have grown more relaxed, leading them to reveal on social media the unexpected actors who graced the film. Surprisingly, Deadpool & Wolverine featured an enormous number of these hidden gems, some playing significant roles as supporting characters, while others made brief appearances. Now, they’re unveiling behind-the-scenes photos from the making of Deadpool & Wolverine, beginning with posts directly from director Shawn Levy.

Later, Ryan Reynolds posted additional photos of his “Void Heroes” comrades on social platforms, beginning with an unexpected character – a role that many didn’t anticipate would be reprised, especially by the chosen actor.

Wesley Snipes as Blade

Without Blade paving the way, there wouldn’t be a Marvel Universe as we know it today. He’s like Marvel’s father figure. Retweet this for a Deadpool and Wolverine farewell in the style of Logan! #DeadpoolAndWolverine

Initially, Ryan Reynolds shared images featuring him and Wesley Snipes, reprising their roles as Blade. The unexpected comeback of the original Daywalker took many by surprise, especially since Reynolds and Snipes had a rocky relationship on the set of Blade: Trinity. However, it’s important to remember that was more than two decades ago. Recently, Ryan Reynolds expressed his desire for Blade to receive a fitting send-off similar to Logan. Given the current circumstances, there seems to be a greater possibility of this happening compared to the Mahershala Ali MCU reboot. It’s endearing to see Reynolds referring to Snipes as “Marvel Daddy.”

Channing Tatum as Gambit

Chan was destined to portray the character Gambit. Just like me, he struggled for a decade to create the most authentic film version of Gambit. The character Remy LeBeau is deeply ingrained within him and yearns for expression. Through Chan’s work, Gambit has found his storyteller. He…

Following this, Ryan Reynolds expressed his excitement as Channing Tatum stepped into a comic book-accurate portrayal of Gambit. After a long decade of attempting to embody the Cajun mutant Remy LeBeau, Tatum brought a touching and humorous performance to life. Here’s hoping we get to witness more of the X-Men’s fiery Cajun character in the future.

Henry Cavill as a Wolverine Variant

Yet another astonishing revelation was the casting of Henry Cavill as an alternate Wolverine. Indeed, he seems to embody the role flawlessly. One might wonder who he wouldn’t suit well. The ex-Superman (now Man of Adamantium?) posted a picture on his Instagram, even poking fun at his Justice League mustache controversy.

Dafnee Keen as Laura/X-23

As a die-hard fan, I’m thrilled to confirm that Dafne Keen reprises her role as Laura/X-23 in Deadpool and Wolverine. This new adventure directly follows the character’s journey from Logan, continuing the storyline I’ve been eagerly anticipating! Check out the full Spotlight episode now for more details!

In a recent interview, Dafne Keen spoke up about her possible comeback as Laura Kinney, also known as Wolverine’s daughter X-23. She clarified that her portrayal is not a variant but rather an older version of the Laura we first saw in Logan.

Jennifer Garner as Elektra

As a passionate admirer, I’m thrilled to share that Jennifer Garner has just unveiled fresh glimpses into her preparations for reprising her iconic role as Elektra in the upcoming blockbuster, Deadpool and Wolverine.

Despite the trades hindering her comeback the previous year, not everyone was aware that Jennifer Garner would reprise her role as Elektra from Daredevil and star in her own spin-off film. The actress has recently posted a video of her preparing for assassin training to fit back into her character for Deadpool & Wolverine, and practicing with her twin sai swords.

Chris Evans as the Human Torch

Chris Evans expresses gratitude for being included in the remarkable film “Deadpool & Wolverine” by Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and Shawn Levy. He considers them as some of the kindest individuals he’s met. Particular appreciation goes to Ryan Reynolds for making it all happen.

Lastly, Chris Evans shared on Instagram that he’s going back to Marvel Studios, this time as the Human Torch instead of Captain America. Fans who watched the movie could see how much fun he had reprising his role as Johnny Storm from the Fantastic Four, using language that good ol’ Steve Rogers would never utter.
