Judge Carl Irace of Sag Harbor Village indefinitely revoked Timberlake’s driving license within the city, and his lawyer Edward Burke Jr. explained that this is a standard measure following a DUI charge.

During the court hearing on Friday, Judge Irace reprimanded Burke for his careless remarks directed towards journalists outside the courtrooms. The Judge advised him to exercise caution when making such statements, stating that Burke’s comments seemed like an effort to taint the case before it had even started.
Judge Irace then said that if this continues, he would impose a gag order on the attorney.

According to the court records, the entertainer’s eyes appeared red and watery, and there was a strong scent of alcohol coming from his breath. The authorities reported that Timberlake declined to submit to the breathalyzer test and struggled during the field sobriety assessment. His mugshot following the arrest quickly spread online, sparking various opinions among social media users about the incident.
