Reality TV Star Vicki Gunvalson Refutes Accusations of Elder Abuse and Fraud

As a diehard fan of Vicki Gunvalson, I have watched her journey through the Real Housewives of Orange County for years, and I must say, this latest allegation against her is simply unbelievable! With over 34 years of experience as a professional insurance broker, helping countless clients navigate their financial futures, it’s hard to fathom that she would engage in the kind of activity suggested by Diane Field.

In response to accusations leveled by Diane Field, former Real Housewives of Orange County (RHOC) cast member Vicki Gunvalson has refuted the claims. The lawsuit filed against her alleges financial mismanagement and elder abuse at 74 years old.

After recent events involving Gunvalson, her legal representative has released a clarifying statement to dispel any confusion about the situation.

In line with what Page Six shared, I’ve personally found myself feeling aggravated upon reading the inaccurate allegations levied against Vicki Gunvalson, a former Real Housewives of Orange County star.

It’s also evident that Vicki Gunvalson carried out Diane Filed’s instructions, handling both the annuities and the life insurance policy matters as instructed.

In addition, the lawyer noted in the statement that Vicki Gunvalson was not involved in any actions classified as financial elder abuse, breach of trust obligations, or fraud. The attorney emphasized that this television personality upholds a strong commitment to ethical behavior and clear communication with her clients.

According to Page Six, Field alleges in her lawsuit that Vicki Gunvalson and her business partner, Ali Hashemian, exploited her by involving her in their alleged fraudulent activities.

At a 2016 dinner gathering, organized by Bravolebrity’s Coto Insurance and Financial Services, the 74-year-old met Gunvalson for the first time.

Previously, Field, along with her late spouse George, collectively possessed a net worth of $6 million. It’s been reported that this is the time when Gunvalson supposedly showed an inclination towards Field’s wealth.

Her assertions additionally suggest that Gunvalson offered her a secure, varied strategy aimed at reducing her tax burden and simultaneously growing the financial assets for her children’s future.

It was alleged by Field that Gunvalson and her partner deceived her into purchasing a life insurance policy under the impression it would provide a lump sum payment of $300,000 to cover a $6,000,000 benefit for her family. However, this amount turned out to be an annual payout instead.

It’s not the first allegation of fraud against Gunvalson, as she was actually sued by Joan Lile, a 82-year-old lady, back in 2019.
