Shia Labeouf Had Police Called to His Home Several Times Before Mia Goth Split

Shia LaBeouf has recently faced public scrutiny, but new information suggests problems in his personal life existed well before his legal issues in New Orleans. TMZ obtained police records showing officers were called to his Los Angeles home several times while he was still with Mia Goth.

The records detail various incidents, including reports of disturbances and even alleged stalking. One 911 call from November 2024 described a domestic dispute where a woman repeatedly told someone to leave, while a man could be heard cursing in the background. Although no official report was filed, the Pasadena police confirmed the call involved the residents of the home, suggesting a troubled relationship months before their separation.

In August 2025, police received a concerning call about a woman experiencing a mental health crisis who believed she was married to Shia LaBeouf. The caller, a concerned fan who’d seen her obsessive posts online, reported she was extremely angry with him and trying to get to his home. Police documented the threat to his address.

These past incidents have resurfaced after LaBeouf’s arrest in New Orleans on February 16th. He was arrested during Mardi Gras celebrations for allegedly punching a bar employee, which led to a fight. He was charged with two counts of simple battery. This arrest came after LaBeouf moved to New Orleans in December and bought a house there following his split with Goth.

Despite ongoing personal difficulties and a recent arrest, Shia LaBeouf remains active in the film industry, though he’s increasingly focusing on independent and more unconventional projects. He recently completed filming The Rooster Prince, where reports surfaced of crew members being concerned by his erratic behavior, which some attributed to his method acting and the character’s mental health struggles.

LaBeouf has several other films planned, including the World War II drama Angel of Death, a project he wrote and will star in, directed by Jerzy Skolimowski. He also appeared in David Mamet’s Henry Johnson and the boxing film Salvable with Toby Kebbell. There’s also considerable talk within the industry about his upcoming, currently untitled, collaboration with director Abel Ferrara, which is expected to be a powerful depiction of the history of Auschwitz.

Shia LaBeouf is facing new legal challenges, including a court date related to a fight in New Orleans, and his career continues to be full of surprises. Many are curious to see if his recent move to Louisiana and his embrace of Catholicism – and stated wish to become a deacon – will finally bring some much-needed stability to his life.
