Throwback: When Selena Gomez Revealed What She Told Taylor Swift During Viral Golden Globes Moment

As a dedicated fan with years of following Selena Gomez‘s journey, I must say that this year’s Golden Globe Awards was a rollercoaster ride! The speculations around her and Taylor Swift’s conversation were intriguing, to say the least. However, being a long-time observer of Selena’s life, I can confidently say she’d never shy away from setting the record straight.

As a long-time fan of both Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift, I couldn’t help but be thrilled by their dynamic duo at this year’s Golden Globe Awards. The viral video of their friendly chat with Keleigh Sperry only added fuel to the fire of excitement among fans like me who have been following their careers closely.

Initially, people started guessing about the unusual responses and what Gomez could have been talking to Swift and Sperry about, following a video where she seemed to be whispering something. However, despite the widespread speculation, Gomez denied these rumors. As reported by Entertainment Weekly, she had previously clarified on an E! News Instagram post that “Noooooo I told Taylor about two of my friends who dated,” and further explained, “Not that it’s anyone’s business.”

Initially, a source apparently informed People magazine that Gomez was definitely not implying anything related to Timothée Chalamet or Kylie Jenner. Although rumors circulated suggesting that Jenner prevented Chalamet from taking a picture with the singer at the event, the source explained to the publication that she had never even encountered them.

As a lifestyle expert, I’m excited to share that at the 81st Golden Globe Awards, it was my honor to be recognized alongside the incredible Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift. Selena was nominated in the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series category for her remarkable role as Mabel Mora in the captivating mystery comedy-drama series Only Murders in the Building on Hulu. On the other hand, Taylor Swift received a nomination for Cinematic and Box Office Achievement for her spectacular concert movie, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour. What an inspiring night it was to witness such talent!

I’m thrilled to confirm that I’ll be returning to my role as Mable for the fourth season of our popular drama series, “Only Murders in the Building,” alongside my esteemed colleagues Steve Martin and Martin Short. Mark your calendars, as we’re set to premiere on Hulu on August 27, 2024!
