To get ready for portraying Lady Raven in the Trap production, Saleka shared that she spent time watching numerous videos of Rosalía and Billie Eilish performing live. She sought inspiration from prominent artists of this era to learn how they exuded stage presence with assurance. Given her introverted and timid disposition, Saleka acknowledged it might have been challenging for her to perform with self-assurance. To help overcome this hurdle, she drew motivation from these artists while assuming the character of Lady Raven.
Before the release date, Saleka shared on social media that her new album, Lady Raven, featuring 14 original tracks inspired by Trap genre, would be available starting August 2nd.
