The publication states that her death certificate listed cardiac arrhythmia as the direct cause, which refers to an irregular heart rhythm. Additionally, she had atherosclerotic coronary artery disease, as reported by the source, which played a role in her passing.

After her passing, the Academy Award-winning actor shared her thoughts with The Hollywood Reporter, expressing, “I deeply mourn the loss of Christina. Her kindness and warmth will be greatly missed by me.”
