The anticipation builds up every year as we approach this mecca for Japanese pop culture in Tokyo, Japan.
The Tokyo, Japan Jump Festa, one of the largest manga and anime fan conventions, is scheduled for December 21 and 22, 2024. This marks its 25th anniversary as the event first started in 1999. Normally, more than 100,000 people flock to Jump Festa each year.
Shueisha is Japan’s leading publishing house, known for its popular manga magazines such as Weekly Shonen Jump, Jump Square, V Jump, Saikyō Jump, and Shonen Jump+. At Jump Festa events, fans are excitedly introduced to new manga, anime, movies, and other media offerings.
As a devoted fan, I’m excitedly looking forward to Jump Festa 2025 for some intriguing insights! I believe this event will unveil additional information about long-standing shōnen giants such as My Hero Academia and Bleach: Thousand Year-Blood War. About Jump Festa
Since 1999, this annual event takes place every year at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan. Not just new media, but manga artists, voice actors, and producers are all in attendance. Fans get the opportunity to engage with the cast and crew during special panels. The festival’s beloved mascot, Kaizo-kun, was thoughtfully created by none other than Akira Toriyama, the genius behind Dragon Ball.
At the 2024 Anime Expo, in addition to Shueisha’s Jump Media, notable game companies like Bandai Namco Entertainment, Capcom, and Square Enix were present for exclusive announcements.
