As a long-time gamer and avid follower of comic book movies, I’ve seen my fair share of rumors and speculations surrounding upcoming films. But the recent buzz around Lady Deadpool in “Deadpool & Wolverine” has been particularly intriguing.
Before the one-week countdown to the premiere of “Deadpool & Wolverine,” the newest trailer has offered an enticing peek at Lady Deadpool, the new Deadpool version, with her blonde ponytail sparking old gossips in the footage.
Over the past year, there have been consistent whispers that Taylor Swift could join the cast of the film as Lady Deadpool. These rumors gained strength due to Swift’s tight-knit friendships with Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, as well as Reynolds frequently mentioning her in his promotional efforts.
Reynolds and Levy had several opportunities to clear up rumors, yet they added more intrigue with their mysterious statements and vague responses. This may have been intentional as the film’s mystery generates more publicity. A few weeks prior, it was confirmed that Swift wouldn’t be in the movie; however, this news was eclipsed by the unveiling of the newest trailer.
As a dedicated gamer, I couldn’t help but be intrigued when I saw the latest trailer for our favorite game, featuring a character with blonde locks that looked strikingly similar to Taylor Swift. This got me thinking back to the rumors we’ve heard before about Swift potentially taking on the role of Lady Deadpool. Initially, these rumors were dismissed, but now, an old photograph of Swift in a Deadpool costume has resurfaced online, leaving fans and I questioning whether there might be some truth to these speculations after all.
On Reddit, users posted a picture of Taylor Swift dressed as Deadpool for Halloween 2016. Contrary to speculation, this was not a sneak peek of an upcoming film’s costume.
According to reports, the costume worn by Swift in the recent photo is believed to be the authentic one from the initial ” Deadpool” movie production, possibly due to her strong friendship with the film’s leading actor. However, this picture has resurfaced and sparked renewed speculation regarding her possible involvement.
In reality, it’s more plausible that Blake Lively or even Ryan Reynolds himself would take on the role of Lady Deadpool. We’ll find out for sure soon enough.
