Britney Spears Breaks Silence on Instagram and Calls Out Her Family Treatment

She explained that despite people needing connection, family members who justified isolating her as a way to help were mistaken.

The singer shared that while she can forgive people, it’s difficult to move past hurtful experiences of being excluded and mistreated. She admitted she still feels anxious around her family due to how they behaved towards her in the past. She’s been reflecting on what meaning, if any, can be found in all of this, but doesn’t anticipate her family will ever acknowledge their wrongdoing.

Even though she’s been dealing with difficult issues, Britney shared some positive news, saying she had a pleasant evening with a neighbor enjoying cheesecake. She also explained why she hasn’t been posting her usual dance videos – she actually broke her toe twice! These personal updates seem to be helping her work through everything after the end of her conservatorship in 2021.
