Unleash the charming beast with the optimal Wuthering Waves Encore build. This 5-Star Fusion character might appear harmless with her constant companions, the two Wooly plushies, but don’t let that deceive you – if she gets angry about losing control over her toys, she becomes a force to be reckoned with.

With the Encore’s Resonance Skill, Flaming Woolies, you can call upon Cloudy and Cosmos twice in a row, giving them both a chance to strike the target simultaneously in a powerful double attack.

The interstellar party anthem, “Cosmos Rave,” empowers Cosmos, enabling it to unleash destruction while boosting Encore’s standard attack, heavy attack, resonance ability, and dodge counter.

Her Forte Circuit enables her to amass Dissonance and unleash a full load of it following a Heavy Attack, propelling her into the Dissonance state. While in this state, she’ll sustain reduced damage (Encore takes less damage) and emit a Cloudy Frenzy upon exiting, which inflicts Fusion Damage that is considered Resonance Liberation Damage. The Dissonance state can also be triggered with Cosmos Rave active; when this happens, the final move transforms into Cosmos Rupture, dealing Fusion Damage that’s classified as Resonance Liberation Damage as well.

Sequence Node 1 (S1) boosts her Fusion Damage when she attacks enemies with her basic attack, and S2 restores more Resonance Energy during both basic attacks and Resonance Skills. S3 amplifies the damage of her Forte attacks, while S4 gives a teamwide Fusion Damage bonus following Cosmos Rupture. S5 provides a flat Resonance Skill Damage bonus, and S6 enables an ATK boost that she can accumulate during Cosmos Rave.
