This part of the story explores the escalating tensions and conflicts, both within the characters and around them, as they move closer to a significant battle.
‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2’ (2012)

After Renesmee is born, Bella transforms into a vampire and learns to control her new powers. News of the child reaches the Volturi, who wrongly think Renesmee is an ‘immortal child’ – a forbidden creation in the vampire world. To keep their family safe, the Cullens collect people from all over who can prove Renesmee isn’t a threat. The story ends with a tense confrontation in a snowy setting.
‘If I Had Legs I’d Kick You’ (2025)

This compelling new drama explores how a family copes with both physical and emotional wounds. The story centers on one person’s journey to heal and confront past problems. The film beautifully portrays the strength people find when facing unexpected hardship. It became available on HBO Max on January 30, 2026, and is a highlight of their new releases this weekend.
‘I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not’ (2026)

The movie also revealed the unique and highly regulated world of the Continental Hotel, and its exciting, visually striking action and detailed setting helped breathe new life into the action movie genre.
‘John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum’ (2019)

John Wick, a highly skilled assassin, finds himself hunted worldwide after eliminating a member of a powerful assassin’s organization. A $14 million bounty is placed on his head, turning every hitman and woman against him. He’s forced to battle his way through New York City and beyond, reaching out to old allies for assistance. The movie delves deeper into the rules and history of the assassin world, all while showcasing impressively staged fight scenes.
‘John Wick: Chapter 2’ (2017)

Okay, so “John Wick: Chapter 4” really throws you back into the action. John’s forced out of retirement to settle an old score, but quickly learns everyone is now after him – there’s a massive bounty on his head! The movie takes us on a globe-trotting chase, especially to Rome, where he faces off against some seriously skilled assassins to honor a promise. What I really appreciated was how much deeper this installment went into the hidden world of assassins, revealing just how vast and connected their network is. And visually? Stunning. The cinematography is gorgeous, and the action sequences, filmed in these incredible historical locations, are just breathtaking and relentlessly exciting.
‘One Battle After Another’ (2025)
